How much is the delivery?

UK: Delivery is free on orders £10 and over. Orders under £10 have a £1.95 delivery fee. 

INTERNATIONAL: International orders have a £6.99 delivery fee on orders under £60. Orders £60 and over are free

How long does delivery take?

We use manufacturers from all over the world, to offer the best clothing and our amazing prices. AWe estimate delivery to be 2-4 weeks, though please be aware that due to us having partners worldwide, production may be approx. 40 days in some cases. Due to this, our estimated delivery times are an estimation. We do hope you love your items, they will be worth the wait! 

I have not received my order?

The estimations we give are to be used as a guideline only, we can not guarantee delivery within the estimated time. However we will issue a refund to items falling outside of the 40 days from order guidelines.

I gave you the wrong address?

Please check your details before ordering as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us ASAP to allow us to try to rectify the matter if possible.

 

RETURNS

How do I return an item/cancel my order?

You have up to 14 calendar days, starting the day after receiving your items, to let us know you wish to return your item. You can do so by emailing us at mychildrensboutique@hotmail.co.uk Items will need to be in the original condition and and reach us within 14 days from arranging the return. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item (though usually sooner) Gift cards and charity wristbands are non returnable. The refund will include the standard delivery cost  (unless you received, or were entitled to,  free delivery, in which case no delivery fee will be refunded). The refund will not include the return postage to us.  Free gift must be returned with any whole order return. If free gift is not returned on whole order return then a £2.50 fee will be applied.

My item is faulty?

We quality check all of our times so we can be sure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, if we have fallen short with your order then you can contact us by emailing mychildrensboutique@hotmail.co.uk and we will arrange the return with you. We, of course, will also refund your 2nd class standard delivery. We just ask that you get proof of postage. An item is not classed as faulty if the 'fault' is normal wear and tear, or if you have not followed the washing instructions as stated on the website. We have added any extra washing instructions to the items description which need to be followed. We will fully refund any faulty item that has been returned/rejected within 5 weeks. After this date, we may exchange, repair, or partially refund the item. 

Please be aware that due to lighting when taking photography, the photographs may as a slightly different shade of colour. If you are unsure of sizing then please contact us and we can measure an item before purchasing as an item which does not fit does NOT class as a fault.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I GET CHARGED IMPORT FEES? 

There is a chance that international orders will received an import fee. This is not the responsibility of My children's Boutique. Please look into this before ordering.
