How much is the delivery?
UK: Delivery is free on orders £15 and over. Orders under £15 have a £2.95 delivery fee. Express delivery is available to UK customers for £3.99.
INTERNATIONAL: International orders have a £6.99 delivery fee on orders under £60. Orders £60 and over are free
How long does delivery take?
UK: We estimate delivery at 4-5 working days.
Express delivery is estimated at 1-3 working days.
EUROPE: We estimate delivery at 3-7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL: We estimate delivery at 5-10 working days.
Delivery estimations start from the next working day, on orders placed after 9pm. (For example: orders placed on a Monday before 9pm would be estimated to arrive between Thursday-Monday. Orders placed after 9pm would be estimated to arrive Friday-Tuesday)
Working days are Monday-Friday.
I have not received my order?
The estimations we give are to be used as a guideline only, we can not guarantee delivery within the estimated time. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If an item does not arrive, you need to inform us no later than 30 days from order.
I gave you the wrong address?
Please check your details before ordering as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us ASAP to allow us to try to rectify the matter if possible.
How do I return an item/cancel my order?
You have up to 14 calendar days, starting the day after receiving your items, to let us know you wish to return your item. You can do so by emailing us at email@example.com. Items will need to be in the original condition and and reach us within 14 days from arranging the return. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item (though usually sooner) Gift cards and charity wristbands are non returnable. The refund will include the standard delivery cost (unless you received, or were entitled to, free delivery, in which case no delivery fee will be refunded). The refund will not include the return postage to us. Free gift must be returned with any whole order return. If free gift is not returned on whole order return then a £2.50 fee will be applied.
My item is faulty?
We quality check all of our times so we can be sure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, if we have fallen short with your order then you can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the return with you. We, of course, will also refund your 2nd class standard delivery. We just ask that you get proof of postage. An item is not classed as faulty if the 'fault' is normal wear and tear, or if you have not followed the washing instructions as stated on the website. We have added any extra washing instructions to the items description which need to be followed. We will fully refund any faulty item that has been returned/rejected within 5 weeks. After this date, we may exchange, repair, or partially refund the item.
Please be aware that due to lighting when taking photography, the photographs may as a slightly different shade of colour. If you are unsure of sizing then please contact us and we can measure an item before purchasing as an item which does not fit does NOT class as a fault.

I AM UNSURE OF WHAT SIZE TO BUY?
We very rarely have sizing issues, our sizes may be slightly generous in some items. We are more than happy to measure items of clothing for you. If you contact us with the items you are interested in then we will tell you the measurements.
TELL ME ABOUT THE FREE GIFT WITH EVERY ORDER!
As of Saturday 11th 2017, all orders will receive a free gift! This is subject to availability. The free gift may include but is not limited to, a headband, item of clothing or a discount code. If the whole order is later returned, the free gift must be returned also, to avoid a £2.50 fee being deducted from refund amount.

We have a handy currency converter on the homepage of our website. Please note: the items will show in your currency to allow you to work out the cost, but the checkout will still be shown in £GBP
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I GET CHARGED IMPORT FEES?
There is a chance that international orders will received an import fee. This is not the responsibility of My children's Boutique. Please look into this before ordering.

From the very start of our venture, we wanted to be able to help children's charities. So we decided to dedicate ourselves to doing what we could, including sending clothing donations and sponsoring children, all details of which can be found on this website. We are not a registered charity, and we can not take donations, so should you wish to donate to the charities then you can do so through their websites. We just want to spread a little love to those who need it the most.
